November 2012 Daylong Meditation
Saturday, November 10, from 9am to 5pm
The sangha's regular teachers. Rebecca Dixon, Anthony Rodgers, and Paulette Chanco, will lead this
day of continuous, silent practice with alternating periods of sitting, walking, and dharma talks.
This retreat is suitable for people at all levels of experience, who feel ready to practice for eight hours.

The church has comfortable chairs, and you may bring any sitting supplies you want.
Also bring a bag lunch to eat in silence. Please come 15 minutes early to settle in.

Dina Hondrogen, a sangha member, offers 45 minutes of yoga before our regular meeting on the last Sunday of each month. Yoga can aid settling in and deepening your practice experience.

The Alameda Sangha is a place to practice and discuss mindfulness meditation and Buddhist teachings.
