Join Pauletta for sitting meditation and short discussion during the lunch hour, every last Thursday of the month. All are welcome – experienced and beginner s alike! Suggestions will be given for how to begin and maintain a sitting practice in everyday life. Suggested minimum donation is $10.
LAST FRIDAY* SANGHA
Fridays, 7:00 to 9:00 pm, January, 29, February 26, March 25, April 15
The best way to start and maintain a daily sitting practice is to come to sangha (ancient Pali word meaning spiritual community) and learn or begin again to meditate with others of similar intentions. On the last Fridays of the month, we will meet together and begin the evening with a quick check in and introduction of names. Then we will have a guided sitting meditation of about 35 minutes. Afterwards we will have a short break, then Buddhist teaching will be offered. The evening will end with a Q&A session, and chanting. Suggested minimum donation is $15
*April dates are not the last days of the month
