Oh, Thomas Kinkade, I am gonna miss you!
Thom, you have gone to the big art school in the sky.
I am cheered by the fact, however, that your art will be with us forever--and ever. I liked your work in spite of its over the top nod to fantasy shires and fecund landscapes. You will be missed by your fans and I was one of them. Your images appealed to my little girl self when hours would be spent playing with dollhouses and life was perfect and no one--and nothing-- got old.
