Alameda Sangha This Sunday Feb 15th

Please come and explore the 3rd and 5th aggregates with me this Sunday - Perception and Consciousness.

When perception services insight for us, mindfulness is present to balance the experience. Otherwise, delusion and conditioning come into play to create a lot of suffering for ourselves and others.

With the 5th aggregate, or consciousness, it is required in order to see and understand the other 4 aggregates.

Let's see what we can learn together from what Buddha has to offer us.

There will be ASL class at 6 pm.
