Artist/Photographer Christine Benkert brings her passion to life...still life...in her solo exhibit “BONES...to be still”. Using the most silent subjects of a single bone and some rocks, she masterfully and deliberately creates huge prints, described as calm, pensive and, galactical. The subject matter becomes secondary to the magnitude of their arena. “It was a meditative process for me. I’d like the viewer to experience that as well”.
